We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, we'll make it right.
Return Window — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions — Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused. For hygiene reasons, opened pacifiers, teethers, and feeding items that have been in contact with a mouth cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Start a Return — Email hello@newmamashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label. Package the item and ship it back to us.
Refunds — Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items — Email hello@newmamashop.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace or refund — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items — Sale/clearance items, gift cards, personalized items.
