Processing Time — Orders processed within 1–2 business days after receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates — US Standard: 8–15 business days, FREE on orders over $49, otherwise $5.99 flat.

International Shipping — Currently US only. International coming soon.

Order Tracking — Tracking number by email once shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for updates.

Shipping Delays — We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us.

Undelivered Packages — Check with neighbors or your building's front desk, wait 24 hours, contact carrier with tracking. Still missing? Email hello@newmamashop.com.

Wrong Address — Contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change addresses. If returned, you're responsible for reshipping fees.

Damaged Packages — Photos and email hello@newmamashop.com within 7 days of delivery.
